[ 檢舉 ] .上面很明顯用翻譯軟體, 這不太好喔.
近程目標：希望在畢業之前能考取一些專業證照
Short-term goal : Hopefully I can acquire some certification licenses before graduation.
中程目標：希望畢業後能考取到國立的研究所就讀
Mid-term goal : Hopefully I can get enrolled in the national universities for graduate studies.
遠程目標：希望出社會後能找到一份能充分發揮所學的工作
Long-term goal : Hopefully I can obtain a job in which I will be able to demonstrrate what I learn at school.

PS. 多多指教
qualify 是指取得[資格] , accreditation, certification, and licenses 並不適用這個字. 要的話適用obtain or acquire.
implement 是用在[執行]或[實施] 制度或是計畫上. 跟發揮無關.
發揮是 being able to fully apply.
看你硬是去翻譯[整體觀]就知道你應該沒在國外住過.
all-around 以經道明了整體的金融XX.
會用Macro翻譯整體觀應該是從台灣經濟的宏觀裡面找到的吧?
Contribute後面要接 to / towards, 不應該用in.
個人是不完全滿意自己的翻譯, 因為絕對不會這樣去寫自己的生捱規劃.
翻的不夠順, 因為要保留大部分的原作者意思. 你是說對了, 有點中文化的味道.
個人寫作習慣會直接用英式思考寫英文. 很不習慣用中文想再寫成英文.

Short range goal: Hope before graduation can be admitted to a school some specialized cards to illuminate
中程目標：希望畢業後能考取到國立的研究所就讀
Medium range goal: After the hope graduates can be admitted to a school the state-run research institute to go study
遠程目標：希望出社會後能找到一份能充分發揮所學的工作
Long-distance goal: After the hope leaves the society to be able to find the work which can fully display studies
